Job Summary
The Assistant Registrar Head for TVET Programs will be responsible for managing student academic records, supporting student registration, organizing TVET training documentation, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and TVET regulatory standards (Level I–IV).
The role also involves maintaining accurate database records, issuing academic credentials, and serving as the administrative bridge between TVET trainees, trainers, and the Registrar’s Office.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education
π First Degree in Information Technology, Information Science, Information Systems, Information System Management, Computer Science, Database Administration, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
π Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in curriculum tracking, managing graduation clearances, student data protection laws, processing academic transcripts, and supervising team officers.
π Experience within a college or TVET institute is highly preferred.
Technical and Soft Skills
π Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and student database management software.
π Knowledge of TVET modular training structures and qualification frameworks.
π Strong organizational skills, high accuracy in record-keeping, and attention to detail.
π Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
